Telephone Orders:

Please call us on (03) 540 2799 or 021 142 9296 if you wish to order over the phone and not online, we are here to help! If we do not answer, please leave us a message with your name and preferred contact number to call you back on.


Click & Collect:

Free! Click & Collect gives you the flexibility of ordering online from the comfort of your own home and the convenience of being able to pick up your item/s from our Mapua shop.

We will notify you by email when your order is in store and is ready to be collected.

We will keep your order for 10 days from the time we first email you to let you know that your order is ready for collection.

Once these 10 days have elapsed, we usually will refund you and return the goods to our stock.

Can you choose to have some items delivered and collect others in the same order? Yes, however a $10 courier delivery charge will be applied to the invoice.

Can someone else collect my order for me? Yes, if they have the order confirmation via email and a verbal authority from yourself they will be able to pick up your order.

Delivery within New Zealand:

  • $10 delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be via courier or freight company. 

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your goods. A dispatch email will be sent when the goods have left and we’ll keep you updated at every step during order fulfilment. Sorry, we don’t deliver on weekends at this stage.

  • Delivery to outlying Islands will incur additional freight costs ($40 per carton/box): Such as Waiheke Island, Chatham Islands and Stewart Islands. Alternatively, you can choose to have the goods delivered to a friend OR care of PBT Couriers on the Mainland for yourself to collect in which the standard $10 rate will apply.

  • If larger goods are purchased, extra costs may apply. Our team will contact you prior to goods being dispatched if additional costs are incurred. 


Australia:

  • $15 delivery to any destination in Australia will be via NZ Post.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your goods. A dispatch email will be sent when the goods have left and we’ll keep you updated at every step during order fulfilment. Sorry, we don’t deliver on weekends at this stage.

  • If larger goods are purchased, extra costs may apply. Our team will contact you prior to goods being dispatched if additional costs are incurred.


Rest of the world:

  • Yes, we do ship overseas! Please contact us directly on sales@tessamaes.co.nz for a quote on the shipping cost. Some international orders may attract import duties in the destination country.

  • You are best to visit your local customs website or agent to check your requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Tessa Mae’s with Attitude will not be liable for any costs should you not comply with your local obligations.

  • Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
